Power outage planned for three hours in several areas of Lefkoşa
The Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority (Kıb-Tek) has announced a scheduled power outage in several areas of Değirmenlik.
According to the company, electricity will be cut on Wednesday from 09:00 to 12:00 in the areas of Değirmenlik, Minareliköy, Demirhan, Başpınar, as well as in the Değirmenlik Ağıllar zone and rural plots around Değirmenlik.
The outage is due to load redistribution work on the electrical grid.
Kıb-Tek noted that power may be restored earlier or later than the specified time depending on the progress of the work. Residents are urged to exercise caution and assume that the network may be energized at any moment.
