Police officers meet with students during career days
During career days held at İskele Evkaf Türk Maarif Koleji and Lefkoşa Atatürk Meslek Lisesi, police officers met with students to talk about service in law enforcement.
Students from Bekir Paşa Lisesi and İskele Ticaret Lisesi participated in the event in Iskele. Senior Police Sergeant İsmail Durak and Police Officer Mehmet Hacımuratlar from the Iskele Police Department spoke about the profession and answered students' questions.
A separate meeting took place at the Atatürk Vocational High School in Nicosia, where Assistant Police Inspector Eser Çelebi from the Nicosia Police Department spoke with the students.
According to the police, various professions were presented to students as part of the career days. Students interested in police service were able to learn about police duties, recruitment requirements, the training process, and working conditions.
