Wizz Air to temporarily suspend online booking and app services
Wizz Air has announced a temporary suspension of access to its booking system and digital services due to a scheduled system upgrade.
The restrictions will be in effect from 23:00 (CET) on February 25, 2026, until 08:00 (CET) on February 26, 2026.
What will be unavailable:
- booking new flights
- changing existing tickets
- online check-in
- mobile app features
- using vouchers
- accessing personal accounts
The airline emphasized that all flights will operate according to schedule. Passengers who have already checked in online and downloaded their boarding passes will not face any restrictions.
Travelers flying during the maintenance period are advised to check in online in advance and save their boarding passes. If necessary, airport check-in will be available free of charge.
Once the maintenance is complete, all digital services will be fully restored.
