On March 29th, warm, dusty weather with high pressure persists in Cyprus
According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Friday, March 29th, the region is affected by weak high pressure and relatively warm air mass. Fine dust continues to linger in the atmosphere.
Today, in the first half of the day, increased average and high cloudiness is expected. The wind will blow predominantly from the northeast to the east and west, turning northwest after noon, ranging from light to moderate.
According to the meteorological forecast, the daytime air temperature will rise to 26°C in the inland areas, up to 23°C on the western coast, up to 25°C on the remaining coasts, and up to 21°C in the mountainous areas. By evening, the weather will be predominantly clear.
The air temperature will drop to around 12°C inland, around 16 degrees on the southern and eastern coasts, about 15°C on the western and northern coasts, and down to 11°C in the mountainous areas.
Over the weekend and Monday, the weather will be predominantly clear. The temperature will gradually rise until Sunday and fluctuate significantly above the average climatic values. No significant changes are expected on Monday.
