Sunny Weather with Temperatures up to 40°C Expected in Cyprus on July 29

According to the Department of Meteorology of the Republic of Cyprus, on Monday, July 29, the region will be influenced by seasonal low pressure and warm air masses.

The weather will be predominantly sunny in the morning, with increased cloudiness expected in the mountains in the afternoon.

The meteorological service forecasts daytime temperatures reaching up to 40°C in the interior regions, 34°C on the western coast, around 37°C on other coasts, and 30°C in the mountainous areas.

By evening, the weather will remain mostly clear, but local increases in low cloudiness are likely on the western coast.

Nighttime temperatures will drop to 26°C in the interior regions and on the southeastern, eastern, and western coasts, to 23°C on the southwestern coast, to 25°C on the northern coast, and to 20°C in the mountainous areas.

Temperatures are expected to remain largely unchanged until Thursday, continuing to fluctuate above average climatic values.
