A sports complex will be built at the Turkish Maarif College in Famagusta with the support of the EU
A volleyball sports complex will be built at the Turkish Maarif College in Famagusta. The construction is coordinated with the EU and will be organized using funds from the Assistance Program for the Turkish Cypriot community.
According to a statement from the EU Information Center, construction of the facility is planned to begin this spring and be completed by summer.
It was announced that the selection of the site for the construction of the sports complex with a volleyball court and coordination with the school were carried out in cooperation with the Famagusta Municipality and the EU Coordination Center, as well as in dialogue with the relatives of students, teachers, and parents who died during the earthquake on February 6th in Turkey.
