Restrictions on the movement of trucks and lorries have come into effect in Kyrenia
As of today, restrictions on the movement of heavy-duty vehicles have been implemented in Kyrenia. The rule applies to Semih Sankar Street.
According to the decree, the traffic lane in the East-West direction will be closed to the movement of heavy transport vehicles (trucks, trailers, work machines, etc.) from 16:30 to 19:00.
According to the statement from the Municipality of Kyrenia, starting from December 4, drivers of heavy-duty vehicles are prohibited from using Semih Sankar Street during the specified hours.
Drivers who fail to comply with the law will be fined 18,103 Turkish liras, and in addition, they will incur 15 penalty points for the violation.
