Employees Of The Committee On Missing Persons Announce Strike
The head of the KİEF and KTAMS trade unions, Güven Bengihan, stated that 52 employees of the Committee on Missing Persons under the Presidency have not received their salaries for 43 days.
According to him, unionized workers will hold a one-day strike on Monday, February 16. On the same day at 09:30, a press conference is scheduled in front of the Ministry of Finance building.
Bengihan claims that responsibility for the non-payment of salaries lies with the Ministry of Finance, which, according to him, does not recognize the president’s signature.
