Until noon on February 19th, rainy weather persists in Northern Cyprus

According to the Department of Meteorology of the TRNC (Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus), on Monday, February 19th, the region is under the influence of low pressure and cool moist air. Until noon, variable cloudiness with brief showers, downpours, and thunderstorms persists in the eastern parts of the island.

The air temperature remains within seasonal climatic norms: the mercury will rise to 18-19 degrees Celsius. The wind is northwesterly, of moderate strength.

There are no active warnings from meteorologists in Northern Cyprus.
