On December 16, heavy rains and thunderstorms are expected in Northern Cyprus.

According to the TRNC Department of Meteorology, on Monday, December 16, the region will experience low pressure and cold, moist air in the upper layers of the atmosphere. Meteorologists predict cloudy weather with occasional showers and thunderstorms.

Air temperatures have returned to seasonal climate norms. Across most of the country, temperatures remain within the range of 15-20°C.

The wind is northeasterly, moderate, with gusts reaching strong intensity.

Today, there are no active meteorological warnings in Northern Cyprus.
