On March 15th, variable cloudiness with showers and thunderstorms are expected in the TRNC

According to the TRNC Meteorology Department, on Friday, March 15th, the region remains under the influence of low pressure and cool, humid air. Meteorologists promise variable cloudiness with showers and thunderstorms, especially in the vicinity of Güzelyurt, Kyrenia, in the central part of the country, and on the Karpas Peninsula.

The air temperature has returned to seasonal climatic norms: the maximum will be 20-21 degrees Celsius. The wind is southwest, moderate, with gusts up to strong.

There are no active warnings from meteorologists in Northern Cyprus.

Northern coast: Kyrenia - 20°C, Lapta - 19°C, Akdeniz - 18°C, Alefka - 15°C, Esentepe - 18°C.

Western coast: Lefke - 19°C, Güzelyurt - 20°C.

Eastern coast: Famagusta - 21°C, Iskele - 20°C.
