Woman arrested in Paphos during warehouse theft attempt
In the Geroskipou area (Paphos), police arrested a 37-year-old woman on suspicion of a series of offenses related to theft and illegal possession of items.
The incident occurred around 10:40 am when a warehouse owner reported a break-in attempt. Upon arriving at the scene, he found the woman inside the premises.
The suspect attempted to flee in a car but was stopped by the police. During a search, officers found tools, a knife, a wooden club, and an electronic tablet, the origin of which she could not explain.
The woman has been detained, and the court issued a 4-day remand order. The investigation is ongoing.
