A Wine Shop Was Set on Fire in Germasogeia: A New Message to the Owner Is Under Investigation
Last night, in the Germasogeia area (Limassol), a wine shop was set on fire. The fire occurred at the entrance to the store, damaging the facade and some of the property.
According to the police, signs of arson were found at the scene, along with a message presumably addressed to the shop owner — businessman Dmitry Punin. The content of the message has not been officially disclosed.
The fire was quickly extinguished, and there were no injuries. Firefighters and forensic experts were on site, collecting evidence and reviewing surveillance camera footage.
Law enforcement authorities are treating the incident as a targeted attack. The investigation is ongoing, with possible motives being examined, including links to previous incidents.
