Police Warn of New Viber Scam Involving 'Nicoletta'

A new fraudulent scheme has been recorded in Cyprus via the Viber messenger. Users receive a message supposedly from a woman named "Nicoletta."
According to the police, this is a scam. Criminals attempt to establish contact with potential victims to later trick them out of money or personal data.
Law enforcement authorities urge users to:
- not respond to such messages;
- not click on any links;
- not share personal or banking information;
- immediately block the suspicious account.
The police also recommend reporting such cases through official cybercrime channels.
