Registration dates announced for state kindergartens for the 2026–2027 school year

The Ministry of Education has announced the registration and transfer period for children entering state kindergartens for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year in Cyprus. Registration will take place from 12 to 16 January 2026.

Transfer applications are submitted by parents or guardians only to the schools within their educational district and only for children in compulsory pre-primary education aged from 4 years and 4 months to 6 years during the registration period. After the registration period ends, each educational institution must send the collected applications to the relevant Provincial Education Office no later than 20 January 2026.
