One of the cars stolen through the showroom window in Limassol has been found

In Limassol, the police discovered one of the two cars that were stolen early on Thursday morning right through the window of the dealership. The car was found nearby and had sustained serious damage.

The vehicle has been taken for forensic examination. Recordings from surveillance cameras in the vicinity of the vehicle's discovery have been seized by the Limassol Crime Investigation Department.

Recall that information about the theft of two vehicles came in the early hours of Thursday, around 01:05, from a driver who was passing by the car showroom on Pafos Street and witnessed the crime.

According to the eyewitness, he noticed a car moving inside the showroom, which then crashed into the glass window and drove away in an unknown direction. The witness could not describe the features of the thief.

According to media reports, a Honda HR-V worth 32,000 euros and a Honda Vezel worth 28,500 euros were stolen from the store window. The total value of the stolen cars was 60,500 euros.

As later determined, the perpetrators broke into the store by forcing the door, found the keys to the two cars, started the engines, drove them out onto the street right through the glass window, and fled towards Paphos.
