Roads Closed in Cyprus Due to Landslides and Rockfalls
Severe weather conditions have caused serious problems on Cyprus roads, with landslides and falling rocks reported in several areas.
According to the Department of Forests, the road between 'Selladi tis Horas' and 'Selladi tou Karamanli' is completely closed due to soil and rock displacement.
Police also reported that the Spilia – Saranti road remains closed, with debris falling onto the roadway in many sections.
Additionally, one lane is blocked on the road from the Agia Marina Xyliatou dam towards Kannavia.
Drivers are urged to exercise caution and follow the instructions of the authorities.
