Mother Accuses Private School of Refusing to Provide an Aide for Her Child
The mother of a student at a private school has claimed that the school management refused to approve an aide (shadow teacher) for her child, despite the family's readiness to cover all associated costs themselves. According to her, the school's decision violates the child's right to equal access to education.
The woman also alleges that there has been a cover-up of facts by certain officials within the Ministry of Education. In her view, the actions of the responsible structures were aimed at preventing the full application of existing legislation.
The case gained further momentum following the publication of a report by the Commissioner for Children's Rights. The mother notes that the document explicitly mentions a violation of her son's fundamental rights.
The situation has sparked public outcry and once again raised questions regarding the protection of children's rights within educational institutions.
