Another earthquake of magnitude 5.3 in the Paphos region
An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 was recorded in Cyprus around 16:30 on Wednesday, with its epicenter in the Paphos region, according to the Euro-Mediterranean Seismological Center.
According to the center, the tremor occurred at a depth of 11 kilometers.
This is the second noticeable earthquake during the day: earlier, around 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, another tremor was registered, with its epicenter also located in the Paphos region.
As of the time of publication, there are no reports of damage.
