Car burned in Nicosia: fire service and police investigate arson
In the Aglantzia area of Nicosia, a car was set on fire yesterday at around 23:00, PhileNews reports. The incident occurred on the grounds of a private residence; the vehicle was completely engulfed in flames and sustained severe damage.
The Fire Service and the police arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation. Following the examination, firefighters and law enforcement officials classified the incident as a deliberate act.
It is reported that the investigation was carried out jointly by the Fire Service and the police. No details have been released regarding any victims, the vehicle’s owner, or possible arrests.
