Japanese Pop Culture Festival in Nicosia

In Cyprus, a large-scale Japanese pop culture festival will be held at the Mall of Cyprus with the support of the Embassy of Japan. The event will take place at the upper-level outdoor parking (next to IKEA) and will offer guests a rich program dedicated to music, anime, and Japanese traditions.

Festival program:
• More than 40 stands featuring artists' works, themed merchandise, and community representatives;
• Live music (J-pop/J-rock), DJ sets, and dance performances;
• Cosplay contest with a prize fund of 1500 € in gift cards for 5 winners;
• Anime and Japan-themed quests, "Guess the Anime" quiz;
• Free gaming zone with Tekken 8 throughout the day;
• Karaoke and manga library supported by Book Odyssey;
• Kimono fitting with Mayumi;
• Japanese cuisine: katsu sandwiches by Minako’s Kitchen, Asahi beer, sake, and themed cocktails.
