Resident of Nicosia Crushed to Death by Water Tank

In Nicosia, a man died as a result of a water tank falling on him. The tragedy occurred in social housing in the Kermia area.

According to the media, before his death, the man climbed onto the roof of a multi-story building to repair a leaking water tank. As a result, the structure collapsed on him, causing injuries incompatible with life.

Medical teams were dispatched to the scene of the incident. The body of the deceased man was taken to the Burhan Nalbantoglu State Hospital in Nicosia. After examination by the police, the corpse was placed in the morgue of the State Hospital.
