Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Industry (KTSO) to hold second regional meeting in Nicosia
The Turkish Cypriot Chamber of Industry (KTSO) will hold a meeting for industrial sector representatives tomorrow, April 22, 2026, in Nicosia. The event will take place at the Concorde Tower Hotel starting at 19:30, involving businesses and producers from the Nicosia, Kyrenia, Güzelyurt, and Lefke districts.
The first meeting was held in Famagusta and was aimed at industrial enterprises in Famagusta and Iskele. According to KTSO, the goal of this next meeting is to gather opinions and suggestions from industrial enterprises and jointly develop a roadmap for key areas: production, export, energy costs, access to financing, employment, and competitiveness.
The meeting format involves discussing practical problems based on data and developing joint solutions under the slogan "Let's define our future together." KTSO emphasizes the strategy "Our production is our strength" and calls on all stakeholders to participate in the discussion to shape an inclusive industrial policy.
For residents and entrepreneurs in Northern Cyprus, such regional consultations are important because the results of the meetings can influence job creation, export support, and measures to reduce energy and financial barriers to production.
