Another Summer Beach Festival Coming to Northern Cyprus
The first summer festival of the municipality of Erenköy - Karpas will take place at the public beach of Yeni Erenköy. Another summer festival in Northern Cyprus is scheduled from July 5th to 7th.
According to a written statement from the municipality, the three-day celebration will include beach activities, dance shows, and folk dances. The festival will also feature events such as sand sculpture exhibitions, backgammon and chess tournaments, beach volleyball, children's activities, and creative workshops.
The first summer festival of the municipality of Erenköy - Karpas will kick off with a concert by Turkish artist Sena Şener. Another invited guest will be the rap performer Motive.
The festival will also showcase performances by the gymnastics club "Diamante," the children's ensemble YENDER for folk dance, the elementary school dance ensemble of Yeni Erenköy, and YENDER Master Women, representing the local cultural dance collectives of the region on stage.
