TRNC Ministry of Health continues HPV vaccination program — updated list of centers
The Ministry of Health of the TRNC announced that the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination program, which began last year and is included in the immunization calendar, will continue in 2026 in Northern Cyprus.
In a statement from the Directorate of Primary Medical Services, it was noted that children born in 2012 have received the first dose of the vaccine, and to receive the second dose they need to visit the nearest medical center with their vaccination card. Simultaneously, in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education, from January 2026, the first doses continue for children born in 2013, provided that parental consent forms are completed.
To ensure uninterrupted vaccination, families should submit the consent forms confirming permission for vaccination of children born in 2013 to the Ministry of Health as soon as possible through school channels.
List of medical centers where vaccination is conducted: In Lefkoşa — Tren Yolu Medical Center, Dr. Engin Arkan Medical Center (Değirmenlik). In Famagusta — Maraş Medical Center, Akdoğan Medical Center. In Girne — Lapta Medical Center, Esentepe Medical Center. In Güzelyurt — Güzelyurt Medical Center. In Lefke — Lefke Medical Center. In İskele — Dr. Orhan Müdderisoğlu Medical Center, Yeni Erenköy Medical Center, Havva Yekta Kurteli Medical Center (Mehmetçik).
