KIB-TEK warned debtors about electricity disconnection
The Cyprus Turkish Electricity Authority (KIB-TEK) has warned debtors about an upcoming electricity disconnection. This restrictive measure will affect those who have owed more than 675 Turkish lira by October.
According to the resource provider, electricity will be disconnected for persistent non-payers starting this Wednesday, December 6.
The announcement stated that on the same day, electricity will be cut off for subscribers with unpaid debts under installment plans established in accordance with legal agreements with the institution. It is also noted that the fee for reconnection to the network is 181.03 TL.
