Stateless Persons

Holders of travel documents issued to stateless persons under the 1954 Convention Relating to the Status of Stateless Persons do not require a visa if the documents are issued by a Schengen Zone member state and the holders reside in that member state.

Refugees

Holders of travel documents issued to recognized refugees under the 1951 Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees do not need a visa to enter Cyprus if their travel documents are issued by a Schengen Zone member state or a country listed in Annex II of Council Regulation 539/2001, as amended.

Can I enter Cyprus with a Schengen visa?

Yes, if it is a double-entry or multiple-entry visa. An exception applies to citizens of Turkey and Azerbaijan, who must obtain a National Cyprus Visa regardless.

Can I enter Cyprus with a visa from Bulgaria, Croatia, or Romania?

Yes, on the same basis as with a Schengen visa.
