Junior Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Supervise and improve the performance of existing company departments;

Optimisation of all company processes;

Solving problems quickly and efficiently;

Conducting scheduled meetings with departments;

Constant communication with department heads.

Requirements:

Proactivity, willingness to take responsibility for results;

Experience in writing regulations and job descriptions;

Ability to build processes, organise and control the work of the team;

High communication and analytical skills;

Ability to collect and interpret data;

Experience in a similar position or business assistant position.
